Hatha Yoga

Join our talented instructor Larissa at this traditional yoga class that focuses on breathe, critical alignment of posture, toning, and spacial awareness for a greater sense-of-balance and direction, physically and energetically! Larissa has over 20 years of experience in the field and opens her class to yogis of all levels but strongly encourages  intermediate and advanced clients.

*Please note if you purchased the Groupon, print off a copy and bring it to your first class. You may start, end, or miss a class at anytime. The instructor will give you an attendance sheet; therefore, you sign in when you choose to attend.*

*Please bring a mat and wear flexible clothing*
