Yoga for Moms – All Levels

This post natal style yoga class will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominals, strengthening the spine, back and opening up throughout your entire body. It will offer options and modifications for all levels allowing students to take it at their own pace, with thorough instructions.   Students will be guided through the practice in a safe, comfortable and stress relieving fashion. This class is suitable for all levels. This class is specifically designed for Moms and aims to provide a safe, comfortable and child friendly environment. It seeks to provide a community for moms and a class that gives them time to take care of and nurture themselves.

*Please note if you purchased the Groupon, print off a copy and bring it to your first class. You may start, end, or miss a class at anytime. The instructor will give you an attendance sheet; therefore, you sign in when you choose to attend.*
