Pilates – Intermediate

Come to Triwood Community Association and join our STOTT Certified Instructor Cristina, who is committed to helping participants to reach their personal health and wellness goals. Pilates is a system of exercises which improve physical strength, flexibility, and enhance mental awareness.

*Please note if you purchased the Groupon, print off a copy and bring it to your first class. You may start, end, or miss a class at anytime. The instructor will give you an attendance sheet; therefore, you sign in when you choose to attend.*

*Please bring a mat and wear flexible clothing*
