Cycle

 Triwood Cycle classes are one hour of intense cardio! The classes are targeted towards improving health and fitness through the use of stationary bikes and music. The intensity will vary throughout the class using different body positons including hill climbs, sprints, jogs, and coasting. 

Please note Groupons are longer valid as of January 1st 2019. We have switched to a block system for booking classes and drop-in classes have ceased. To convert your remaining Groupon punch passes please contact Shannon at 403-282-2677 ext 30
