In this flow class, we focus on cultivating the breath and a steady mind while exploring a core sequence of postures in a safe and meditative environment. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and to adapt the practice according to their needs: modifying postures, taking rest, and delving deeper into postures when appropriate. This is an all levels class and everyone is welcome.
