Welcome to Triwood Community Association. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to host your special day in our community.
Triwood is a non-profit organization, located inner-city NW Calgary, serving the general community interest. We host community events, fitness classes, youth programming, and rent out our hall to serve other Calgarians. Triwood has been a place to create unforgettable memories for 60 years. Hundreds of families, friends, and couples have gathered to celebrate life's precious moments in our unique venue.

HALL OPTIONS
BAR SERVICE
Triwood's bar service allows you to either supply your own alcohol or have us stock your bar. To provide your own alcohol you must;
Supply your own liquor license
Pay a corkage fee per person ($6/plastic $7/glass) Provide a ticket seller - If you're selling alcohol Pay bartender wages
Please note two bartenders are required for all events with alcohol being served. Bartenders are $20/hour for however many hours you require them.
Included with corkage fee; Mix, Garnish and Glassware
18% gratuity is added to the bar subtotal to be split between bartenders. No tip jar will be put out on the day of the event.
If you choose to have Triwood provide your bar - you would not require your own liquor license or to pay corkage fees. We would stock your bar with a variety of wine, beer, and liquor.
Our drink prices are; $5/highballs $6/beer and wine
CATERING
Important Information and Fees
Catering choices must be selected and paid for in full 30 days prior to your event
We do not require a catering deposit before the event but in order to guarantee your date, we recommend booking with us as soon as you have made your decision.
18% Gratuity is added to the catering subtotal and divided among-st the food and beverage team that executes the event.
Triwood has implemented a $250.00 special event fee that covers the cost of coordinating all elements the day of your event.
Triwood's in house catering has executed thousands of events from weddings to Christmas parties and community gatherings and everything in between. Our supreme service and quality of meals have been a successful part of our clients' events. The wide range of menu choices are suggested for your convenience, however, we would be happy to discuss alternative catering options.
The extremely passionate food and beverage team looks forward to catering to each event! Together our mix of experience allows us to offer customized events to suit each of our clients' uniqueness.
