INSTRUCTOR: Armela Duna 

Armela uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates. Students have their choice of portable bar or chair to use for balancing while focusing on isometric exercises. Students will learn to hold their bodies in positions while contracting a specific set of muscles during high reps of small range motion exercises. Barre will make you sweat, burn calories, increase flexibility, and work on developing coordination!

INSTRUCTOR: Cristina Garcia


The Pilates method of movement is a system of exercises that improve physical strength, flexibility, and enhance mental awareness. In these classes, we prioritize keeping proper form and engaging the right muscles during each movement. We use props such as resistance bands and loops, weights and small stability balls. All levels are welcomed as the exercises can be layered to increase or decrease challenge. Please bring a mat, comfortable clothes and get ready to achieve core strength and stability as well as to improve posture, balance, and coordination.

Hatha Yoga


INSTRUCTOR: Silvia Illiano 

Hatha yoga pairs breathing exercises and postures, to deepen your practice and prepare your body for everyday movement. Yoga increases flexibility and is designed to calm your body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga for a Better Back 

INSTRUCTOR: Silvia Illiano 

This class is based on Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy, developed in the Netherlands by Gert van Leeuwen. This is a highly effective way of working with injury, pain, or reduced mobility. It is a practice that integrates yoga exercises, the use of specific props, and breath awareness to release the tension and soften the tissue around the spine, to free the bone structure into a better posture. This class will help you restore postural alignment and correct muscle imbalances, increase mobility in the hips and shoulders, reduce pain and tension and mobilize and strengthen the spinal column.

Yoga Flow 

INSTRUCTOR: Savannah Bittner


Hop on your mat and join Savannah and Armela to flow through postures, trimming, and toning your entire body. A variety of Postures are practiced each class uplifting your emotional being while aligning and strengthening your body. Flow yoga is an uplifting class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas.

Triwood Cycle classes are one hour of intense cardio! The classes are targeted towards improving health and fitness through the use of stationary bikes and music. The intensity will vary throughout the class using different body positions including hill climbs, sprints, jogs, and coasting. 

Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, we will not be running spin class this fall.
