A Fall Market to Remember—Thanks to You!

Updated: Sep 30

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Fall Market at Triwood!

We loved seeing so many folks out supporting local vendors and enjoying great food together.

Huge kudos to the students of Rock U Music School for their energetic morning set, Zac Link for his perfect afternoon fall tunes, Tutor Doctor Calgary for keeping kids having fun outside, University of Calgary volunteers for leading autumn crafts, and Youth Central for helping everything run smoothly.

And an extra special thank you to Mackenzie, who managed the market with such skill and care. From BBQ brats in the sunshine to neighbours connecting with local makers, the day was a wonderful reminder of the strength of our community.

Thank you for being part of it!

We acknowledge that Triwood Community Association and surrounding communities are located on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Piikani and Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation and the Stoney-Nakoda peoples (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Goodstoney First Nations). This is also home of the Otipemisiwak Métis Government, Districts 5 and 6. As residents of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta, we seek to live, work and play in ways that honour and respect the spirit of the treaties and the lives of our Indigenous neighbours.
