Creativity Week (3) at Triwood Summer Camp: A Splash of Imagination and Fun!

This week at Triwood Summer Camp, our campers let their creativity shine during Creativity Week! From magic tricks to handmade masterpieces, we packed every day with fun, colour, and new experiences.

We kicked things off with a magical start—literally—with a camp-wide magic show that amazed and inspired everyone.

The wonder didn’t stop there: throughout the week, our talented counsellors led hands-on workshops including beading, balloon string art, and more, giving kids the chance to explore their creative sides.

The week kept getting better with a visit from our friends at Minds in Motion, who showed campers how to make homemade kazoos and create beautiful circular art using symmetry. Their activities combined science, music, and visual art in the best way!

We also hosted a drawing workshop, where kids learned how to build shapes and play with colour to create artwork that was uniquely their own. Their imagination and focus were incredible to see.

But perhaps the most exciting part? Our special circus workshop, where campers got to try their hand at stilt walking, plate spinning, juggling, and all kinds of amazing tricks. It was a total hit and brought lots of laughs and wow moments!

To wrap up the week, the skies cleared just in time for us to head to the splash pad on Friday afternoon—a perfect, sunny ending to a full and joyful week.

Thank you to all our campers, families, guest facilitators, and staff for making Creativity Week such a blast. We’re already excited for what’s coming next!
