Triwood Community Association is please to inform you that starting in mid-March, construction will be occurring at the Association for a major exterior renovation project, specifically on the Charleswood Hall. The “Building Envelope Project” will be addressing key exterior repairs that are necessary to ensure continued safe and efficient building utilization. Construction is expected to begin in the third week of March and will extend into the month of May.

For your safety, the entire construction area around Charleswood Hall will be fenced but access will be left to the playground and surrounding green spaces. During construction, access to and from Charleswood Hall through the exterior doors will be limited or non-existent, and noise disturbances will occur both to internal building users as well as nearby residents due to heavy equipment that will be utilized during the project. The Building Envelope Project is funded through the City of Calgary Capital Conservation Grant, the Province of Alberta Community Facility Enhancement Program, and Triwood Community Association reserve funds and fundraising revenue.
We thank you for your anticipated cooperation and patience during this work. If you have questions, please contact Chad Geiger, Executive Director, Triwood Community Association, at executivedirector@triwoodcommunity.com .
